Returns
To return a defective item for full credit or relacement please call 4K Wood Products within 30 days of purchase. If your merchandise was damaged during shipping please contact us as soon as possible so your claim can be processed immediately.
If returning a non defective product please call 4K Wood Products and return it within 30days of purchase. The items must be in its original packing. There must be not be any physical markings or otherwised be defaced or damaged. You will be refunded the face value of your merchandise plus any tax's you paid.( Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.)
What are the shipping rates
We use USPS First Class delivery or USPS Priority Mail to ship most of our products. From time to time we will ship UPS or common carrier for our bigger items. Our products are fully insured at no cost to the customer.
If we ship via common carrier their maybe an extra charge.(please call for more details)
Our shipping fees are as follows: $6.00 Shipping and Handling Fee + 12%.
Can you ship my order to a different address.
Yes: We will be more than happy to drop-ship your order to another address within the United States for no additional charge. If you wish to have it mailed outside the U.S. please contact 4K Wood Products for the appropriate postage.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. We will be more than happy to give you a quote. Our prices are fairly reasonable. Please call or write for more information.
